Clean and modern hotel. Hand sanitizers abundant. Great-sized TV. Friendly and accommodating breakfast staff. Easy access to walks, canal, retail park, and city center. Well-equipped fitness room.

The staff is experienced, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is stunning very close to a retail park. The room is neat and huge with a particularly nice view of sunset and bathroom. The cost is £ 50.

Everything was modern, including pleasant staff and marvellous location near retail park Sainsbury's & close to city centre. The breakfast offered lots of delightful meals.

The attention to detail is evident in the newly refurbished rooms, complete with a clean and modern bathroom and a convenient drink-making station. The location is perfect - situated in a quiet area near the city center, right by the canal. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast options are varied, with both hot and cold items available.

The property is fairly clean with a nice design, and the full English breakfast is perfect. Well laid out room and friendly communication with the staff.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and I especially enjoyed the walk along the canal to the city center. The staff recommended the justice museum, and the witch trial and public hanging were brilliantly acted out. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay in a refurbished room, it met needs. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a lovely area, really close to Pizza Hut and McDonalds. English breakfast at the restaurant was sensational.

Room service impressed and bed comfortable. Large room, good shower, comfortable chairs, and beds. Curtains blackout effectively. Reception staff helpful and polite, especially Alex arranging daily cars. Excellent car parking, convenient for Test Cricket attendees. Will be repeat visitors.

Immaculately clean, excellent value hotel, the location was perfect close enough to restaurants and town centre, the centre and tram. Lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds. It was extremely pleasant with a good lighting.

Based on the reviews I read, I had a great experience staying at a hotel near the centre of Nottingham. The location by the canal was lovely, and it was convenient to be able to have a meal after the church. The room I stayed in was recently refurbished and very nice. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the breakfast was of reasonable quality. The hotel also offered free wifi and the option for room service.

The pricing policy at the hotel could be confusing, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check-in process was efficient, and the reception staff provided us with helpful directions on how to walk into town, which took about 15-20 minutes. The hotel was very clean, and our room was immaculate. The location of the hotel was perfect, being right next to a shopping center and still close enough for a pleasant walk into the city center via the canal. Alex was friendly, called us personally, and even provided us with a membership card for future stays. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was of high quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were professional and courteous.

Staff was informative, room was non-smoking and immaculate. It was nice having an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. It was a quiet area, a relaxing base for me.
